What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested and are often complimentary for suite guests.
Can children stay at the resort?
Yes at Palmera Tower and Lagoon Villas, where a kids' club runs daily. Sunset Annex is adults-only, and the casino floor is 18+ at all times.
What is the cancellation policy?
Direct bookings can be cancelled free up to 5 days before arrival. Later cancellations are charged the first night.
Are pets allowed?
Small dogs are welcome at Lagoon Villas for a nightly fee of $40. Please tell us when booking.
